Why paper cards stop working
Paper cards get lost, washed and forgotten at home. When a customer has no card with them, you lose the visit and they lose the reward. A card in the phone’s wallet is always there, next to their bank cards.
How it works
- You pick the reward and how many stamps it takes, or switch to points.
- You print the QR code and put it by the till.
- A customer scans it and saves the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a few seconds. No app, no password.
- Your staff add stamps from a phone or tablet at the counter. The card updates itself on the customer’s phone.
- When the card is full, the reward is ready and the next card starts.
What you get on the free plan
- One loyalty card with as many customers as you have.
- Your logo and colors on the card.
- A counter screen for your staff, with a PIN per person, so every stamp is traceable.
- Your business page and its QR code to print.
Paid plans add more cards, messages to your card holders and an automatic review request after a visit. See the plans.
Stamps or points?
Stamps suit businesses with one main product: coffee, haircuts, washes. Points suit shops where baskets vary, like a bakery or a pet shop. You can read how each type sets its reward in our pages for coffee shops, barbershops and bakeries.
