Who refunds
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles refunds. Ask us or Paddle; either way the rules below apply.
First payment
Ask within 14 days and we refund your first payment in full.
Renewals
A renewal you didn't mean to make is refunded if you ask within 7 days. A charge made after you cancelled is always refunded in full.
Cancelling
From Your plan, any time. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period and nothing more is charged.
Claims
Write to hola@digitalizedplanet.com with your receipt number; we answer within 5 business days.
