Privacy policy
Digitalized Planet handles the data of people who use Digitalized Planet. This is what we keep, why and for how long.
What we keep
Owners: email, name and the billing details you type (legal name, tax id, country). Each action in your account: who, when, approximate country and city, and the kind of device. IP addresses only as a code that can't be reversed.
Cards
We never store card numbers. The payment provider keeps them and gives us a reference to charge the renewals you authorized.
Your business's customers
Your customers' data belongs to your business: you decide and we process it on your behalf. We never sell it or pool it with other businesses.
Why
To run the service, charge, send receipts and notices, prevent fraud and improve the product with aggregated numbers.
How long
Receipts and charge authorizations for at least a year (or what the law or the payment provider asks); the rest while you have the account.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at hola@digitalizedplanet.com.
