Who sells

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The service

Pages, stamp cards and digital tools for businesses. The Free plan never ends. Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly.

Prices

Prices are on the pricing page and depend on your business's country (the one you registered and we verified), not on where you connect from. If the billing address you pay with is in a country with higher prices, that price applies from your next charge. We tell you about a price change at least 30 days before your next charge; what you already paid never changes.

Price locks and help

Price locks: the first 100 businesses that pay keep their plan's price for life; paying for a year keeps your plan's price for 2 years from your first yearly payment (not renewed); and if the list goes up you keep the old price for 12 months. They apply to the plan, never to add-ons. A lock ends after more than 30 days without a paid plan (a pause doesn't count) and the yearly one also ends if you move to monthly.

Hard times: you can ask for 50% off your next 3 monthly payments, once in any 365 days. If you already used it, you can pause for 1 to 3 months or move to a cheaper plan.

Pro trial: 14 days free, once per business. If it ends without a payment, you get a code for 30% off the first 3 months of any plan, valid for 14 days.

Currency moves: if the price in your local currency changes because of the exchange rate, we tell you 30 days before. If it goes down, it applies at your next renewal.

Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Where we start the charge ourselves, we ask for your written authorization first and email you 3 days before each charge.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Your plan. Nothing more is charged and you keep what you paid for until the end of the period. Your business then stays on Free: nothing is deleted; paid features pause.

Refunds

See the refund policy. A charge made after you cancelled is always refunded in full.

Claims

Write to hola@digitalizedplanet.com with your receipt number; we answer within 5 business days.

Fair use

Using the service to mislead customers, send unwanted messages or sell forbidden goods is not allowed; we may pause an account that does.
