The problem with orders by chat
Orders typed by hand come in pieces: a dish here, a size there, the address three messages later. Prices get asked twice and mistakes reach the kitchen.
How it works
- Your menu is online, with prices and photos.
- The customer adds dishes and picks sizes. The total adds up as they go.
- They tap send, and WhatsApp opens with the order written out for your number.
- You confirm in the chat, as you do today.
Built for how small places work
- No commission on orders: the payment stays between you and the customer.
- The message can say how the customer will pay, for example with a payment app people use in your country.
- Dishes that are sold out or outside their hours cannot be ordered.
- Set a minimum order if you need one.
- We never write to your customers ourselves. The chat is yours.
